Beans Chilli Sauce, Beans Chilli Oil, All Purpose Seasoning Mix, Kelewele Seasoning Mix and Coat & Cook are labelled suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The beef, chicken, fish, goat, pork and turkey sauces are not. Always check the label on the jar you receive.

Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within three weeks. The exact guidance is printed on each jar, so follow the label on the product you have.

Our fish sauces contain fish, and Coat & Cook contains wheat (gluten). Where we hold the full ingredient list for a product it is shown on its page, and the label on the jar is always the definitive answer, so check it before eating.

The All Purpose Seasoning Mix works across meat, fish and chicken. The Kelewele mix is for spiced fried plantain. Coat & Cook gives a crisp coating for chicken, fish, meat and vegetables.
